What we offer in each Continuing Dental Education Course:

Lunch consists of 1 hot main entree, fresh salad, 3 hot vegetable dishes, fresh baked breads, soft drinks, bottled water or iced tea, and several dessert choices.


BREAKFAST

Our Continental Breakfast consists of a delicious assortment of homemade breakfast pastries: freshly baked muffins, bagels, scones, croissants and cinnamon rolls served with cream cheese and jam. Breakfast is nicely complimented with seasonal fresh fruit and juice.

Fresh-brewed coffee and Hot Tea are provided by Dunkin Donuts® Coffee. Dunkin Donuts® Coffee is sold in groceries stores throughout the country and the world.

LUNCH

Main Entrees:

  • Stuffed Ranchero Chicken: Chicken breast stuffed with tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, onions, and cilantro with a creamy southwestern sauce.
  • Napa Valley Stuffed Chicken: Seared chicken breast stuffed with asparagus, mushrooms and herbs with a white wine and roasted garlic au jus
  • Chicken Sonoma: Grilled chicken breast topped with feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and Kalamata olives in a tomato basil cream sauce.
  • Chicken Scaloppini: Chicken breast pounded thin and sauteed with artichokes, mushrooms and black olives in a lemon butter sauce.
  • Chicken Marsala: Chicken breast pounded thin and sauteed with mushrooms in a marsala wine sauce.
  • Chicken Piccata: Sauteed chicken breast in a lemon caper sauce.
  • Roasted Poblano Stuffed Chicken: Seared chicken breast stuffed with roasted poblano peppers and gorgonzola cheese and finished with a jalapeno cream sauce.
  • Chicken Lombardo: Grilled chicken breast topped with Roma tomatoes, fresh basil, feta cheese and a balsamic sauce.
  • Pecan Crusted Chicken: Pecan breaded chicken breast baked to perfection and topped with Jack Daniel’s sauce.
  • Smoked Barbecue Trio: Smoked brisket, chicken and sausage with Macklin’s Signature barbecue sauce.
  • Traditional Meatloaf: Ground meat seasoned to perfection with a tomato herb sauce.
  • Chipotle Meatloaf: Southwestern version of meatloaf with a jalapeno gravy.
  • Pot Roast: Succulent pot roast accented with carrots and potatoes and finished with pan gravy.
  • Beef Tenderloin: Pan-seared peppercorn or herb crusted beef tenderloin with a Burgundy Demi sauce.
  • Grilled Salmon Farfalle: Bowtie pasta with grilled salmon and asparagus in a tomato cream sauce.
  • Chicken Spinach Lasagna: Grilled chicken, spinach and asiago cream sauce.
  • Baked Chicken Ziti: Penne pasta and marinara sauce, baked with mozzarella, parmesan cheese and chicken.
  • Pasta Milano: Bowtie pasta with chicken, black olives, mushrooms, artichokes, tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes in a roasted garlic cream sauce.
  • Portabella Chicken Pasta: Grilled chicken, spinach, portabella mushrooms, tomatoes and rotini pasta in a rosemary cream sauce.
  • Beef, Chicken and Shrimp Fajitas: Marinated beef, chicken and shrimp fajita meat with sauteed onions, and bell peppers, served with guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, and shredded cheese.
  • Cajun Chicken Pasta: Blackened chicken with mushrooms, peppers, onions and peas with peppered fettuccine in a cajun cream sauce.

  • Garden Salad: Mixed Greens with mushrooms, black olives, tomatoes, grated cheddar cheese and cucumbers.
  • Italian Salad: Mixed greens with Feta cheese, Kalamata olives, shaved red onions and sliced banana peppers with our Ilatian vinaigrette.

  • Spinach Mushroom Enchiladas: Corn tortillas stuffed with Monterrey Jack cheese, sauteed mushrooms and spinach, then topped with a sour cream sauce.
  • Vegetable Stuffed Peppers: Large peppers filled with a black bean and roasted corn salsa topped with cheddar cheese.
